The government have announced changes to the current EVHS which will effect all homeowners and those with mortgages living in single unit properties. This includes semi detached.
In April 2022 the scheme will close to all but those living in flats and apartments or those in rented accommodation.
The scheme currently offers up to 75% towards the cost of your vehicle smart charger installation which is a huge saving.
